Do not turn off email confirmations when creating your account or you won’t be receiving the information you need!

Returning clients- forgot your login? Before creating a duplicate login, check your email for the last email you received from us at your last appointment. At the bottom will be a link to access your account.

You must use a valid credit card with funds on it to make an appointment or it won’t go through.

YOU WILL RECEIVE 2 emails after your appointment request goes through - one showing your request and one after we have accepted the request . IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE these EMAILS PLEASE TEXT US TO LET US KNOW. Please note we may reach out to you via text if we have any questions regarding your appointment request so keep an eye out for these once you’ve submitted a request.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE NEW CONSENT FORM IF PROMPTED BY THE SYSTEM & UPDATED YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENTS! PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT you will receive requests from the system to confirm you are coming, YOU MUST CLICK THE LINK TO CONFIRM so it will automatically update our system to let us know you are coming. If you are not receiving the confirmation requests and you know you have an upcoming appointment, contact us to make sure your correct phone number & email are in the system,

If you need to reschedule or cancel you can login to the system and go into the appointment then click “reschedule” or “cancel”.

We simply do not have the staffing to track down people multiple times to get their confirmations. This system is for your convenience so please utilize it or we will assume you ARE coming for the appointment you scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel anyone who refuses/neglects to confirm during peak times but to be clear unless you hear directly from us we will assume you ARE coming and you will be charged if you no show and/or sent to collections for non-payment.

A few gentle reminders:

FILLS 50% of extensions remaining on full sets is required for fills and all fills must be within 3 weeks of last service due to lash growth and turnover. Lash fills are for current clients only. Please schedule a new set if you are a new client! We do not work over other salon's work so you will be charged for removal and the new set if you arrive with old extensions from another salon. LIGHT SETS typically last 10-14 days depending on client’s natural rate of lash turnover & aftercare. It is highly recommended that new clients start with full sets until they know what their unique retention rate will be.

How Do I Prepare for My Appointment?

** NO GUESTS OR WAITING ALLOWED IN SALON. PLEASE TEXT US WHEN YOU PARK AND WE WILL TEXT YOU BACK WHEN THE PREVIOUS CLIENT LEAVES AND WE ARE READY FOR YOU TO COME IN.**

** NEW CLIENTS: MUST WATCH NEW CLIENT ORIENTATION PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME.

**cURRENT CLIENTS: pLEASE COMPLETE REVISED CONSENT FORM PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME**

** PREP INSTRUCTIONS: No eye makeup, liner mascara or shadow may be worn. no waterproof mascara minimum 2 days prior. Contacts must taken out during application, can be put back in after. Do not consume caffeine or energy products prior to a lash service.

** PARKING: 2 hour parking is available on Atlantic. If your appointment is for a full or volume set please park in the neighborhood to the east of the salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY ** PLEASE READ ** 

A deposit equal to 50% of the service price is required at time of booking.

Appointments may be changed by type, cancelled or re-scheduled a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the appointment time; if it is less than 24 hrs prior to the appointment or you no-show you may be charged a fee equal to 50% the price of the service. If any changes, cancellations or rescheduling are done prior to 24 hours, The deposit will be refunded to the client's original payment form. FAILURE by the client to provide 24hr notice may result in denial of future service requests.

clients who repeatedly cancel/reschedule appointments may be asked for non-refundable Non-Rescheduleable prepayment for services. and Deposits and prepayment may be requested during peak times at salon’s discretion.

Late appriving clients are considered no shows at 10 mins past the appointment time AND WILL BE CHARGED a fee equal to 50% SERVICE PRICe and the deposit will not be refunded.

Appointments made less than 24 hrs from the service are not exempt from this policy. A VALID credit card/debit card with funds on it is required to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged at that time AND YOU MAY PAY WITH CASH AT CHECKOUT IF YOU PREFER

 if you make an appointment for a new set  or a fill and arrive with existing extensions from another salon you will be charged for both a removal anD A new set. the time it takes for removal could decrease the available time to put on the new extensions.

iF YOU ARRIVE ILL OR SICK WE CANNOT RENDER SERVICES FOR THE SAFETY OF STAFF AND OTHER CLIENTS - YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND CHARGED a fee equal to 100% of serice price.

 If you are UNDER 18 you must bring a parent with you to sign consent or your appointment will be cancelled and charged a fee equal to 100% service price.
